Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled online through the Jane app on the booking area that shows in your profile. Appointment requests might occasionally be made by emails, text messages, telephone and voicemail.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Capital Hair Loss & Scalp Clinic and its associated professionals are authorized to collect my personal and medical information as documented above. All the personal and medical information of a client is extremely confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties with the customer's permission. In addition, the clinic and its associated professionals are authorized to communicate with the client's family doctor and/or referring doctor as deemed necessary for your beneficial treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. You will receive an email reminding you about your appointment, which you can confirm, cancel or reschedule your treatment.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in your service providers day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Customers who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

In order to respect the time, you should arrive on time for your appointment. Customers who are more than 15 minutes late or who completely miss their appointment without notice will be charged for the full amount of their booked services.
